The composition was created by me (Leyton FRANKLIN) in 1990. It is a combination of acrylic paints and collage on canvas. Each picture is a clipping showing the sensation of people (crying, laughing and dancing) in their fight for freedom. It depicts the fall of the Berlin wall in 1989

with democracy on the march. They are free at last. In the middle of the composition is an opening in the brown wall with the blue sky coming through.
